Amy from Silver Cross answered ‘click on our store locator George and you will be redirected to our 'where to buy' page. This will show you a comprehensive list of our stockists. We do not know what our retailers have in stock at any one time so it is always best to check with them directly’

Amy from Silver Cross answered ‘No, we have specialist retailers who sell the Heritage Collection. These are approved Heritage Centres who offer expert advice.’

Mary from Perth asked ‘how long are your products guaranteed for?’ 
Amy from Silver Cross answered ‘Mary, all our strollers are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship. Our Heritage products carry a 2 year guarantee’

Beryl from Brisbane asked ‘Can I have my old Silver Cross Heritage pram renovated and do you have spare parts available that will still fit?’ 
Amy from Silver Cross answered ‘We currently stock spare parts for the Kensington and Balmoral Heritage prams, for models other than these please call our office on
(03) 9530 5200 and we will try our best to source the parts you need.

Jo from Hawthorn asked ‘I have a problem with my stroller. Can you please pick this up and repair as soon as possible?’ 
Amy from Silver Cross answered 'You must return your stroller to the store from which you purchased it as they have direct access to our repairs division. This means that your stroller will be returned and repaired in the quickest time possible with the least inconvenience to you.
Jo went on ‘will I have to pay for the repair?’ 
Amy replied  'If the problem is a manufacturing defect within the guarantee period, then no, we will carry out a repair or replacement free of charge. If you have accidentally damaged the stroller then we will speak to your retailer about repair charges before we proceed’

Amy answered ‘ No, Silver Cross does not sell directly to the general public. Please see our 'where to buy' section for list of stockists'.
