I stumbled across Silver Cross after tiring over the opposition. Recently we bought a Silver Cross Pop second hand. It was only a year old, but I just wanted to make sure it was ok/safe and how to clean the material or even change wheels. However, the most surprising thing is now we have a Pop that looks like it came straight out of the box and even better again after a makeover and a little man who loves it! I need to say that as a team Stuart and Sharnie have gone out of their way to deliver all that customer service is about. from prompt phone calls, to especially going the extra yard even after the job was complete (which given the kms Stuart apparently does is another top effort in speedy service).We are both still gobsmacked how much we received! I might sound just a tad over the top but when you are gobsmacked with how well we were looked after it's any wonder we are Silver Cross converts! Thanks again!
