Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind purchases.
Once you have received your order, please notify Customer Service via email within 24hrs of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged. Outside of this period Silver Cross is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims). If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery via email to email@example.com
We offer free shipping for faulty products returns within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.
Refunds and Returns (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Therefore it must be unopened and in the original packaging. if it has been opened, we are not able to process the return/refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet first check your bank account again, followed by contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
