This email will contain your tracking number to use to track your delivery. Please note that it can often takes 2-3 hours for your tracking number to be searchable on the delivery company's website.
If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a card will be left with details to arrange a re delivery or collection of your order.
Once you have received your order, please notify Customer Service via email within 24hrs of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged. Outside of this period Silver Cross is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims).
