Your order will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within three (3) business days of receiving payment, excluding Public Holidays and over the Christmas break. (note pre-order items will be dispatched when they arrive in our warehouse).
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to notify you that your order is on its way. This email will contain your tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. Please note that it often takes 2-3 hours for your tracking number to be searchable on the delivery company's website. Once your order has left us, delivery can take up to 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made.
If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, informing you of where to collect your order from. We do not re deliver.
Once you have received your product, please check all items have arrived and are in working order. Please notify Customer Service via email within 24hrs of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged. Outside of this period Silver Cross is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims).
