Once your form has been submitted, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you within 48-72 hours.
What happens next:
Once your claim has been approved, we will send out a replacement part or request to receive your pram back to be repaired, or provide details of where it can be taken for repair.
If we are sending a spare part, you will receive an email with dispatch details and a tracking number. If your pram needs to be returned to our service centre, you will receive an email with a claim number (RA number). A copy of this form can be printed via the print icon below.
