While all our products have been designed to withstand the ins and outs of daily life with your growing family, on occasion you might need to return your product for repair. All warranties are standard 12 months for your Silver Cross product. Extended warranties apply for online registrations within 28 days of you receiving your order.

Please complete the form below to process your warranty claim and ensure you are as detailed as possible in the description. Once your form has been submitted, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you within 48-72 hours. ****Please attach your proof of purchase receipt along with photos to assist in a smoother and faster process for your warranty claim.

What happens next:
Once your claim has been approved, we will send out a replacement part to resolve the issue or request to receive your pram back to be repaired.
If we are sending a spare part, you will receive an email with dispatch details and a tracking number. If your pram needs to be returned to our service centre, you will receive an email with a claim number (RA number). A copy of this form can be printed via the print icon below.
